It’s a symbol of a truck on the sign so I think it is safe to assume that.

The bans are,
Overtaking in rain on all motorways over 7,5t
overtaking on all 2 lane motorways over 3,5t
Overtaking is allowed on 2 lane motorways between 1900 -0600 where there is a blue sign showing a truck overtaking a car
these signs are at all motorway slip roads where overtaking is allowed
The overtaking ban comes back into effect with the blue sign and the diaginal red stripe
The overtaking ban is still in place between 1900-0600 when its raining, thats why they are only blue “advisery” signs
