The whole shebang is on HMRC website and as up to date as it needs to be
Why should you have to pay to park someone elses truck ?
HMRC have agreed the tax free driver allowance for 2012.
Without Sleeper cab the rate is £33.85, and with a Sleeper cab £25,40. This is an increase of 5.2% in line with RPI at November 1st 2011.
Operators with local arrangements with HMRC should also look to uplift by 5.2%.
The Website has not yet been updated, but the pay roll manual has.
Did you know you can claim the cost of your licence and medical against tax?
New Rules affecting all Vocational Driving Licences.
With effect from 19 January 2013 LGV and PCV driving licences will only be valid for 5 years. The changes affect ALL drivers up to age 65.
For new drivers;
· If you pass your driving test in categories C, CE, C1, C1E, D, DE, D1 or D1E, after 19 January 2013 your licence will be valid for five years.
· Every five years up to age 45, you will need to sign a declaration to confirm that you still meet the medical standards.
After age 45, you’ll need to provide a medical examination report every five years to renew your driving entitlement.

As far as I can tell night out money doesn’t need to go on your P11D as it is a nationally agreed free of tax amount. See this thread: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=68900
In fact I’ve never filled in a P11D for myself as I’ve never paid myself anything that might render me liable to additional tax so the numbers on it would all be zero. At least that’s my understanding of it all, I am not an accountant though so it’s perfectly possible I’ve been doing it wrong all these years…
