Is it ok to park overnight on Bradfield Road Silvertown? Streetview shows some parts are permit holders only between 8am-6pm but i can’t see anything else to suggest lorries can’t park along that road
I’m showing my age now but I used to quite like the Silvertown Motel in the day.Well,I was young and keen before cynicism kicked in.
Think you may get a ticket we used to deliver to a meat place under the DLR just up from there and if doing an early morning delivery would reguarly get a ticket while in the back unloading, the offence being parking overnight in a restricted zone, unless it specifies HGV parking chances are parking anywhere in London overnight you’ll get a ticket

London these days is a no no
Never parked there. But have seen trucks parked over night on river road. Ig11
Not far away follow round around the back towards the river side. And spaces there.
As say never parked there so can’t say how safe/legal it is .but have seen others parked there
And no yellow lines around the back end of the road
Cheers everyone, i’ve parked in Erith tonight, will catch Ferry across early doors and see what Bradfield Road is like in morning as i’m delivering on there
Got £130 fine there last year 0155am
Thanks for that
Was stuffed on my card though
Highest covid rate in country at the time.
But nah let’s do a essential worker over git.

Well when you’ve 7 minutes driving left what do you do.
You take a chance in the middle off a major lockdown.
Actually rather have the fine there than pay £40 at the services.
Least I wasn’t robbed at Silvertown.

On River road go to traffic lights and spin yourself around but 2words of caution. Don’t put any wheel on the Kerb you’ll end up with a fine and don’t leave window down you’ll get bites all over. One plus the security drives up and down all nights

You get done there as well now.
It’s called progress.
