We have had it for a few months now… It was sold to us for cost price to advertise these in the UK… I think 15 have been sold since I had mine 3 months ago… Much nicer than the Golden Griffin In My Opinion…

If you go on a site called truckblog m8,theres a firm called j&g riddell who have just bought 2 off moody ,these are claiming to be the first ones bought in the uk,that was this week

I thought it said they were the 1st ones in Scotland ?

That guy has ordered another 4 as well… We had ours in November last year… We Had it ordered since August last year !!! Amazing but of kit… We have just bought something else that is pretty special. Should be on the road in a few weeks.

Yep you are right pal,it was scotland

Looks the part ,goes well with your signage.
Best of luck with them.
Any new tech on board or what makes it amazing apart from the the way it looks.

So you prefer that to your Dark Diamond WWW?

So you prefer that to your Dark Diamond WWW?

Prefer the Blue Stream to the Dark Diamond to be honest !!!

Blue Stream has a fair bit of new technology on it… Lane Detection… Blind Spot camera… Front axle air… Lots of buttons in the cab for all sorts of gadgets…

Front axle air :sunglasses: all trucks should have this

But no ones answered as to whether these things are any nicer to drive- do they only look good from the outside? Are they full of the same ■■■■ plastics or are they any better.
I did wonder though WWW, and I don’t mean any offence by this, but why do your trailers look so bland? It looks as if your pulling someone else’s trailers direct from 1992?

lol…

Spent £1.2M on new 23 new Chereau hanging meat trailers in 2007/2008… They are all payed for now and are earning me good money… I have put 4 new trailers on the road in last 12 months but not ready to replace the others yet !!! Well maintained mechanically and engine wise so need to get another 12 months from them at least. We do a huge amount of trailer changes to keep our job straight. Get a fair bit of damage this way. I would like to have each driver to have their own trailer but it is not practical for our job.

WWW

How do you get trailer damage from dropping trailers? It’s a pretty easy thing to do. Or do you mean the trailers are getting damaged and the swapping around always points the finger at the elusive “someone else” that works at every firm?

I will never use foreign drivers, you need to change that coz you have employed foreign driver spanish enrique he was

Think the points he’s making is the look of your trailers is very conservative. The Ray White look is very much party at the front business at the back. Kinda like a backwards mullet.

Why bother making the trailers look nice when they get beaten up and abused?

Thanks guys, I liked the mullet analogy
As said, no offence intended but if the mullet look is the intention then each to their own. I guess a mullet is better than no hair at all.

I’d question that actually!

Unless of course one was aiming for the genuine Redneck look.

But should they get beaten up and abused, plenty of other companies run decent looking trailers and don’t appear to suffer too much damage.

I think the issue with damage is leaving drop trailers at customers to load or shipping them unaccompanied. We do a lot of both and while our fleet is tidy and looked after there isn’t a trailer without a mark on it somewhere. Shipping trailers unaccompanied is especially hard on them, as anyone who’s done traction work on ferry trailers will attest! Don’t know if this is what happens at White but just my thoughts.
