A 24 hour helpdesk is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
At weekends the helpdesk will close at 15:00hrs Saturday and reopen at 23:00hrs Sunday.

It’s a bloody Truckstop, not a multi story :unamused: I’d hazard a guess the land owners want nothing to do with it and probably won’t offer facilities. That’ll be half empty all week

Never used the cafe there as the one time i did i waited so long to be served i didnt bother in the end , i think there was more non drivers using it than drivers

The sale was supposed to go through 6 weeks ago. The bloke who was buying didn’t do his homework. He wanted to build on it, but the council said it must remain a lorry park. He then went about trying to sell it in sections, probably to make a couple of mil. Our lot were approached to buy 30 spaces for 600k. My guess is either the bloke is doing this until he can sell it on, or the family have sold it to a parking company after he pulled out. Either way, next time I’m there I’ll be expecting a couple of anpr cameras and a locked building. If it’s pay by phone there won’t be anyone on site. I shan’t be using it anymore.

Perhaps the previous owner didn’t do himself any favours with the haulage industry when he kept pushing the authorities to clamp down on “illegal” parking of trucks in laybys on the A14 just so they had to use the overated truckstop!

Just get your employer to pay it if you park there.

Just get your employer to pay it if you park there.

Unless its SNAP, our lot require receipts. No receipts, no money back.
