The Orwell Brige is now shut both ways after an overturned lorry stopped all traffic on one side of the A14 in Suffolk, causing massive delays.

Possibly need access from other carriageway to help retrieve overturned vehicle. They don’t shut roads just to be awkward you know.
Maybe a chump driver caused all this in the first place?

Actually, yes they do.
It’s only closed East bound. Hopefully the driver is ok. Traffic has been managed really well in my.opinion. The roads are not totally gridlocked and things are actually moving.

yep he did a proper job with this one.
He escaped with minor scratches nd cuts.
Though we cannot find him now so if you see a great big fat git walking northbound let us know.
