These body snatchers at large in Europe are much better than the NHS, they can anaesthetise someone precisely long enough to rifle though their cab by using a readily available gas, now they can do complex operations without the need for sterile operating theatres, 1000 candlepower lamps and oxygen.

Brilliant! I’m heading out to Europe now, it be a struggle to hold on to my money, fuel cards, organs, truck, load. God doing Europe is so stressful.
Before you mock, it happened to me once. I had to park up one night near Marks Tey just off the A12 and the bloody ■■■■■■ nicked a kidney and both livers! 
But I got better!

Toby ignore these ■■■■ takers matey, I live in Bulgaria which as you know is part of Eastern Europe, the Stories are horrific here.
Each Lay-by has running cold water which makes it easier for the organ theives (Called Body Snatchers here) to wash all traces of blood away, you rarely see a single truck in the lay-bys overnight as they choose to use proper TIR parking areas which have dimly lit areas, they hope that the dimly lit area is better than the no lit area as the body snatchers dont care, if they nick a blood vessel when your asleep at least they will see the blood in the dim light.
The Police over here are corrupt and wouldn’t think twice about helping the body snatchers remove a kidney or a liver from a sleeping trucker, in fact they would probably allow their radio to be used to get a blood match okayed before removal to make sure its the blood type they needed.
A further problem the truckers in Bulgaria encounter is the Vampires that fly over the River Danube from Romania during the night, but of course all the bad points are matched with good points, here in Bulgaria you can get a good serving of Liver and Onions for a mere £1.25 Kidneys are sold only in 25 grams and cost 75 Stotinkies per 25grams thats roughly about 30p
It was only last week that a news article appeared about a truck driver delivering to Billa (A large German Supermarket Chain in Bulgaria) who ran out of time, and despite the 3 adjacent bays on each side of him being coned off by the KAT with green chalk marks around his wheels, when the driver awoke he was missing one of his Kidneys and part of his liver, also his right cornea was gone. It’s understood that had he not awoken when he did, he may of also lost more body parts.
Another thing about bulgaria is the prisoners are ussually matched for body parts, and if a lifer is a sure match he is shot and the family charged for the bullet
