As far as I’m aware it’s not your problem, the company are responsible for the operators licence not you, so yes you can drive the vehicle, report it when you can but in the mean time crack on.

A lot of defect books etc are old stock, so will have the outdated item to check
iirc it was around a year ago (September 18) that it stopped being the drivers responsibility, I was told to keep filling out the old books till they ran out and bought new versions
