Sorry, but I’m afraid your info isn’t quite correct mate…
I know Keith very well and I can tell you that Roadsafe don’t teach the Operator CPC, which is what the OP asked about.
Roadsafe concentrates on teaching the carriage of dangerous goods by various modes of transport (Air, Sea, Road and Rail.)
If you look at their website you’ll see that their ADR course can count towards the Driver CPC.

The local college in Totton used to run courses, certainly as recently as a couple of years ago - might be worth enquiring.
