Most foreign drivers have a kitchen on the side of the trailer, with lockers and a fridge, table and chairs.
But if you had not planned to being stranded
on a motorway, with the intention of buying supplies when you got over the channel, you
may go hungry.
Are mobile fast food caterers allowed to trade when the stack is on, they could make
a lot of money ?
If I was a channel hopper i’d make sure that I carry a good supply of food and gas just in case.
The Turkish chauffeurs de camions are the masters of camion cuisine, if they are cooking up, they offer tea.
Years ago they used to drive in suits.

sure theres every chance if you parked up anywhere near Calais you would have more than your fair share of gas by the time you woke up 3 days later,or is this starting another debate about gassing again??
