Operating Centre & Maintenance Garage for O License Needed

I’m looking for a place to park my trailers, trucks and some construction plant within about 20 miles from Luton. I will also need to use that location as an “Operating Centre” for my O License application. In the beginning I’ll just need space for one truck unit and one low-loader with the possibility to expand to 5 trailers later.

Also, I need a garage that will sign a maintenance contract with me that will satisfy the traffic commissioner for my O License application.

Some years ago we used Rush Green Motors for a centre. Not a great yard, but it did the job at the time.

Can recommend the DAF dealer Foulgers at Royston for maintenance.

Field Transport are at Luton,

run a tidy fleet, have a secure yard & workshop facilities,

they do traction work for TNT and some airfreight work.
