Running 2, 9 seater cars as psv for the application I need Operating centre any advice ? Somewhere in or close to london would be ideal.
Wouldn’t be there much only 2 days twice a month.
I already tried to use my house but couldn’t Even though legally I could park them there anyway but I still need Operating centre for my application.
If the 9 seater cars are 9 including driver they’re outside the scope of O licence.
Be careful with the operating centre; you are expected to genuinely run from it - not just be there 2 nights a month. Clearly if you can justify this because you’ve been abroad or whatever, no problem. But don’t make the mistake of using it as a “notional” op centre and park at home. It will end in tears.
It may be that if you look around haulage and coach operators in the area you may be able to rent a couple of spaces in the yard. Perfectly normal and acceptable to TC.
