Any idear if this Browser is as safe as others been trying it it seems very quick

Opera is very fast and it is safe, it is built on the same platform as the Chromium project, based on Chrome it is fast. I have it on my PC and Android tablet. If you want a fast browser on a PC also try Waterfox (waterfoxproject.org), this is from the Firefox stable but built for 64 bit systems that newer pc’s run on, it is very fast also.

I wouldn’t use IE if it was the only browser left, there are dozens to choose from but Opera and Waterfox are good, so is SRWare iron, again built on Chome so you can use all the addons.
