ok here we go. started at 10.am finished at 2 am.
only drove for about 4.5 hours. took my breaks as perscribed
had 27 washing machines to deliver fit and take away old ones.
obviously no chance of ever doing it totally legal.
but i drove back to depot at 1 a.m. then other work for another hour?
could i get in the cack for that?
how many days until my digi card gets wiped clean?
the judge will have the black cloth on his head when you appear in front of him.
i think they just keep recording/storing data until it is full and over written by data but they will have the capacity to carry at least 28 days worth of data but will probably carry about 150 days worth of data (this is purely guess work on my behalf).

The correct thing to do there would have been when you arrived back at the depot at 0100 to take your card out and head straight home as you would then have done your 15h duty which is the most you can legally do.
As you only do occasional shifts in a digi truck (from what you said elsewhere), you might well find that shift is still on your card for as much as a couple of years. Mine still has over a year’s worth on it and I drove a digi truck 5 days a week for at least 6 months of that year.
