one way

working nights this week on the grab , got called to backfill a job in the oneway system in Wokingham just up from the ship inn
did the job and went back to the yard at Bracknell to top up with muck ,came back into Wokingham oneway just before the ship inn at about 00.30 ish and met a blue scania and trailer with i think polish plates coming the wrong way down peach street ,i stopped and he continued round the wrong way then off down wiltshire road oneway the wrong way ,despite my flashing of lights and horn ,god knows where he was off too or how he managed it

Maybe his satnav doesn’t recognise one ways because you can be sure that was what he was following. :open_mouth: :unamused:

To be fair he was actually going one way!

Obviously a good driver since he did something you thought was un-manageable and you can’t assume a foreign driver just because it’s on foreign plates

don,t recall saying the driver was foreign

You mention you think it was on polish plates …

Yeh he said polish plates nothing about polish driver, then you come on and say “you can’t assume the drivers polish because it’s on polish plates” Jesus Christ

Fair cop

you should of stopped to ask him for his passport

but why mention it was or posably a polish reg ■■

From the sound of it, there are quite a few people “working nights on the grab” but in a totally different line of work
