One rule for us

Last night I was in the centre of Walsall at some traffic lights

Nosing about while waiting I looked down into the car stopped next to me. The driver was texting on his mobile and neatly folded on the back seat of his car was a VOSA hi-viz

Nice big Audi too

Audi you say

The one I saw was a navy estate

True, but itโ€™s still for the Defendant to prove that there is no prospect of them using the vehicle.

Strange, I thought it was for the Prosecution to prove intent

I would say that if you are on a defined daily or weekly rest period then the circumstances of abiding by the driver hours regulations, as defined by statute. would out weigh the circumstances of being drunk in charge of the vehicle, regardless of whether you were asleep in the bed, or sitting behind wheel writing bollox on Tnet

Though Iโ€™m only this confident of my assertion whilst sitting behind the wheel writing this bollox

The cops are as bad. Check this out for parking. If thatโ€™s not inviting a secondary collision I donโ€™t know what is :astonished:
