From the way in which I think you are looking at this - you have 5 X 24 hour periods with the first three split from the last two by a reduced weekly rest so 5 X 9 = 45

So you have finally admitted you were wrong last time. By giving that answer, even though it’s wrong, you haven’t stuck by your take on the previous question. if you had any conviction that you were right last time the answer you would be giving now should be a lot less than 45.

Doesn’t matter what you choose to write it as, the daily rest is still there, it has to be otherwise you have an infringement under Article 8 (2).

That works as well, and none are written as either weekly or daily rest.
