One of Montgomery's up in flames

One of Montgomery’s carrying 20 tonnes of pet food set alight on the M61 this morning.

The driver heard a bang come from the engine compartment, pulled over and saw smoke.

Sometimes when the turbo or fuel line goes you get very little chance to get or do anything and by the time u realise it would be too late

The motor was a Mercedes Axor.

Just out of interest, what happens to the load in such a situation as this? I presume it all gets binned. Obviously the front part is well gone, but what about the rest?
