Surely undertaking takes place on the left in this country?
“A car was travelling along the motorway when it became wedged under the lorry” looks like the kangaroo court in the Sun comments is in full swing, I wonder how many have noticed the offside damage to the car which is more than likely was not caused by the artic.
I’m sure that Astra’s been on www.barryboys.co.uk
The landing legs are bent forward, the car has damaged the tractors rear light cluster and mudwing by what looks like running into it. The only ways i see this possible was either the truck was reversing along the M6 and crashing into the car, or the car has drove into the side of the truck and got wedged. I know who my money would be on as the culprit.
Saw a few accidents like this, one that happened right by me was all caused by a blow out, sends the car sideways. In my case it was a good 20ft in front of me slid sideways for a while then flipped, missing me and everyone else on the road landing on its roof on hard shoulder! I played hero and stopped to help them out the car! Lol , something has made this Astra suddenly swerve into the lorry!
Ok, Astra with big bore exhaust, male driver, early 20s, good chance that a text message was involved here…and a fair bit of speed differential too, if the lorry was doing 56mph then that car was doing a good bit more than 14mph faster in order to get that far under the trailer, and the car definitely hit the lorry, not vice versa, as the angles would all be different if that had been a sideswipe by the lorry.
Case closed

You just know the score when you see that don’t you haha. I mean, if you want a fast and powerful car with a noisy engine then buy one, putting a big bore exhaust on an Astra is like standing outside Buckingham Palace and telling people you live there !

+1. Trucker 1, car driver nil, just like it should be…
apparently the car had a puncture causing the driver to lose control, and hit the trailer.
sounds like inexperience to me.
Is it just me that thinks the marks on the o/s of the car looks the same as Armco barrier??
I’m thinking he’s grazed the barrier at speed and over corrected into the side of the truck
