One for the trappers

Hey all,

Been in a 19 plate Scani R450 for some months now and every night I have a small bet with myself about the lights on my tacho (yeah, talk about livin’ the dream!) Some nights the figures stay lit up all night and some nights they turn off …

Anyone know how to force the lights to turn off??

It’s a VDO DTCO 3

Life doesn’t get more exciting than this eh??

Sleep well all,

Ken

Chuck a towel over it.

Scania…Stoneridge…Burn it…

Fur trappers ? ? ?

Turn off the ignition/pull out the key? Mine always goes out a few minutes after shutting the engine off (though not sure about tacho model… )

Used drive a Man truck…don’t know make tacho.in it.
During the night that used keep lightning up randomly for a few mins at a time.
Didn’t bother me really.
Only really noticed it one. night when couldn’t sleep due to hot wether.
But once noticed it couldn’t help but keep noticing it doing it.
No idea why it did it though

Easy.

Ask your boss for a Volvo.
