He’s a right bell end soon the whole of Bristol will be 20 mph. 
He’s a knob isn’t he? Anyone from Bristol knows the Portway is an easy target for the camera van and the speed limit changes from 30 to 40 to 50 to 40 then to 30 again so it is easy for motorists to speed especially in the 30 as it is a dual carriageway.

A pretty poor example to set for sure, but it could easily happen to anyone with a camera van involved. With a static camera, that requires real inattention. Didn’t vote for him, or indeed anyone, last time, but I will next, if there is one, as he is overall a decent chap who gets things done.
