definately not fly tipping as he did it in the street in front of the skanksthat obviously thought they were getting a freebie.a well deserved at on the back for the driver there.
Bloody stupid that they didn’t know who ordered it!

SKIP DRIVERS; These drivers are usually identified by egg-stained wife beater vests, and picking their nose at the wheel. Also have never indicated since 1995. Also been known to tip [zb] all over the street in plain view. HARDNESS RATING 8.5/10
How do the skip firm Stand with the Duty of care rules ?
We used to do it quite often if we weren’t paid (or someone hid lots of asbestos in there). The Environment Agency didn’t like it though!
I assume the rules in Walesare similar to england where you have to get a permit to leave a skip on a road. Thus this suggests they didnt bother to get this sorted with the council inc the payment for said permit - not sure if the skip company have a duty there or just have to advise.
Fair enough if the skip is on private land, you dump it back, as with the asbestos or plasterboard in there, but stupid to do it on a public road during the day. Not going to help their waste licence renewal.
Hope they get a nice big fine for fly tipping,if they didn’t collect sufficient details when the skip was booked they that’s their problem!!
