Olympia - directions please

I am doing a favour tomorrow and taking a an artic to Olympia in London.

I have not been into London for years and am looking for the easiest way in tomorrow PM.

I will be coming from the Midlands

Thanks in advance.

the easiest way in is give it someone else to do

Coming from Midlands I’d go M40, A40, off at West Cross Route (A3220), down to roundabout by Westfield, 2nd exit onto Holland Rd (still A3220), branch left then right on the one way bit, to the traffic lights at Kensington High St (A315) and turn right, then the Olympia is about 1/2 mile on the right.

I’m pretty sure that anywhere in the Kensington area will be covered by the London lorry ban on a Sunday, so if you’re over 18t you’ll need your boss to check the route and arrange a permit.

Thank you very much, not sure about the permit but thanks all the same.

If your bringing an artic you’ll need to come via Hangar Lane,Nth Circular (A406) Chiswick Roundabout,A4,Hammersmith One Way,Hammersmith Road.Olympia comes up on the left,Service entrance just past main building. You cannot come the other way as the road crosses the tube line just before Olympia and the bridge has an 18t weight limit on it

Thats the best way ! I done it 3 weeks ago, peice o pith… :sunglasses:.

if youre doing a packaway...after an exhibition, theyll put you in a holding area in a car park which is off a side street round the back.
they`ll then call you into the arena in groups…this is where it can get interesting :imp:

p.s.make sure you`re not short on hours

No, someone meeting me there to take off what I have, I have another job to move on to - thankfully, I hate exhib jobs.

Thanks to all.
