Think you’ll find the Scammell is a Trunker or Routeman (someone did explain which was which but I’ve forgotten), the Highwayman was the old bonneted type.
Salut, David.

You could be right, they all look the same to me.The difference was the axle layouts,4-wheeler,chinese-six or 8-wheeler.
The Handyman was a 4x2 tractor
The Trunker was a 6x2 (twin-steer) tractor
The Routeman was a 8x2 or 8x4 rigid

Thought I’d flush you out Marky
I’d completely forgotten about the Handyman. Mind you I’ll have forgotten the rest of this useful information in a few hours time.
If I haven’t driven it I don’t remember it.
Remember the Highwayman though
Salut, David.
Good pics

The first one is actually a Scammell Handyman - the Highwayman is the famous bonnetted unit, as run by Harrisons in Sheffield for many years
