Ckarkson - he has always been a smart arse but since this clip he has gone downhill, or uphill, or whatever direction you go in to become a bigger smart arse.

he’s more on our side then most ie when on more recent episode when the 3 of them do a truck challenge (driving it though a wall) they did tell motorist not to pull out in front of us and its a hard job

I don’t know what you’re complaining about ? It’s very factual really, the points about a tyre blowing and costing the tris profit is very near the mark end other things are correct … You just don’t like our Jeremy do you

I Don’t drive a scania and I want a scania. (or volvo)
I remember this, in fact i must’ve recorded it (on VHS, obviously 
) as I remember some of the Volvo-driving commentary a little too well 
Going by the P-plates it would’ve been around '96 (edit, just read it was '97 in the comment!) which would’ve made me a very proud 21-22 year old FL10 driver! Cheers for posting
At the end where he mentions wiping out your profit margins due to some dope in a Datsun etc, cutting you up and having to go through the whole gear changing again (fuel) etc…
He never says that the extra costs caused, are then passed onto you, the customer / consumer.
