Kev, Talking about being ratted, These bottles of Malt I have just acquired, Which I will be bringing to the next do, Are really potent & will go down very well I hope, & Will get the trueth out of anyone who Is brave enough to take a taste, Regards Larry.

nice photo from the trucking times website, sean lee always had tidy lorrys, used to run with them to europe early 90,s when i worked for kris kristiansen and jimmy jarvis doing frans maas and scottish express work

I think this is the truck i did my first night out in after passing my test they had three if i remember.
drove for them about 3 years nice guys to work for, by the way the crack and fhotos on here is just brilliant

Here’s a few old Leyland cement mixers when R.M.C. were still about taken at their Crookhall plant and also a Gurteens Scania on the their stand at Tip-Con taken many moons ago. regards prattman.

Hi Bob bumped into Tony Cawthorne a couple of weeks back, we had been on the same plane back from Teneriffe he only spotted me at the carousel when we were collecting the cases. Don’t think I’ve seen him in over 20 years.

Yes he’s retired was at Scania

Think Tony is still keeping his hand in, working couple of days for his son’s company Jonsign’s in Gateshead cheer’s bob

I have just read in the Evening paper of the passing away of Joe Dimmick who was 87, Joe drove for quite a few North East Hauliers, He was a real character was old Joe, Had many any a laugh & good crack with him, Im sure he will be sadley missed by all, RIP Joe , Regards Larry.
