These are some of the motors that were at Otley today, a good turn out but the bloody organs drive you insane.

Keep lying Carl, great pics.
Cheers Dave.

Excellent photos from what looked a good day, didn’t know this was on otherwise I would have made the trip over.

I’d like to add my admiration for the photos, Carl. Any more?

I, too, may have crossed over to the dark side but it was our allotment association annual show.

Don’t embarrass me by asking if I won anything!

Did yo  u win anything by the way?

Hullo Cliff,
Great set of photographs mate, it looks as if it was well subscribed this year. Good to see the Albion of Harry Wright’s who was a well known Nurseryman from Cottingham, East Yorkshire. Good also to see a DAF 2800 still around. I used to love my old DAF’s.
I thought maybe Clarky might have taken his Scania there. The last time I spoke to his wife he was restoring it, although it was a new shape one, not the old 110’s that he worked on when we remember him. Elsie looks fit and well.
Cheers, Archie.

Hi Archie
Can’t understand why Clarky would want to restore a modern Scania? I am sure with his contacts he could have found an old 110 or a111 to mint up. I love the old 2800s that was my last motor at MAT ABW 11Y. I thought they had style and they had a huge cab with loads of room, the gear box left a lot to be desired but I loved the power and the speed.
Take care Archie
Cliff
