Yeah they used to sub for Solstor, the driver of that Magnum was known as Machine Gun Bob on account of his stutter, nice bloke, ain’t seen him for years though.
I last spoke with bob warren when I was driving for solstor dartford he lived in the medway towns and I new him from rochester he had a nice middle east outfit with palm trees gb had some nice kit but I came back from athens greece and asked after bob and ive not seen him since if you do catch up with him send him my regards from john springer .
Used to love reading these in Truck magazine and also truck and driver magazine.
