Old companys from stoke -on trent

Here’s a couple more taken in the yard at Tunstall around 1983. The middle one is for Captain Marvel taken at Toddington during the Sunday exodus , whereas Truckerash frequented Watford Gap my place was was always Toddington around Midday . Apologies if I’ve put them on earlier in this thread but will try and load some more unseen pics.

a few more of Harrison’s

Flying Foden, are some of those shot’s taken at Tilcon’s old Tunstall plant? The railway sleeper’s seem familiar, used to go there myself when I drove for Tilcon.

Thank’s Gaz, I thought that it was. Always a little wary of those sleeper’s, couldn’t help wondering what was underneath 'em! Didn’t go there much, I think that Shirleys and John Winterbottom’s used to do it cheaper than Tilcon’s own transport.
