Because in Eastern Europe it’s not a problem:
But Russians, well they are already one step ahead and they drift trams:

Now, that will be hard to beat :S

Eastern Europeans in a nutshell…!!
I got a MAN 331 8 wheeler sideways on a roundabout once. Empty in the rain.
£5 says gogzy can drift a truck
i think gogzy can get anything to drift…
in fact i think this is him

i wouldnt know i havnt tried to drift a truck
im sure if it was wet then it wouldnt be too hard.
Bloody good effort on the tram though
Plenty of videos online of trucks drifting, one with a trailer flailing around after him
Pretty much every roundabout on the A303 after 2am…!
Some of the UKs pioneers in this field must be the tossers from FMC who were regularly seen hand braking there units round on a wet fleet southbound 10 or so years ago.
Cheers

But not much of trams! Russians are ahead again (something for carryfast to disprove )
I refuse to comment on this thread on the grounds that I have never had my trucks ever spin a wheel, slide or drift. I have also never sped or made a weight or tachograph infringement.
i got a right bollocking for drifting in the terberg once in the snow great fun (the drifting not the bollocking) does that count?

Off course. But it was in the lorry, or in the tram?
As for snow, I used to trunk to Inverness with 18 tonner. Usually I was there about 3am and then it started snowing. I was doing everything to get past the snow bareers before my time was up and to stop there for my 45. Usually they were closing them, the traffic was cleaning and then I had the whole strech of A9 for myself
I guess it would be some bollocking if my then-boss saw what I was doing
