I dread the kids dragging out the Now that’s what I call XMAS 3 CD Set, firstly it’s not ■■■■■■■ XMAS it’s Christmas FFS. I’m not religious but XMAS really ■■■■■■ me off. There’s actually some Christmas songs that I quite like once or twice over this time of year, trouble is they get played to death every year and when you’ve heard Slade’s Merry Christmas for 100% of yor life and 99% of it’s life the appeal does wane slightly.
Maybe it was more of a 70’s novelty but there seems to be very few new Christmas records. Surprising really you’d think there would be a market for it, some of the crap that does well beggars belief.
