At last you have done it

I remember your 1st post you have come a long way since then as I know this is all you wanted

Well done       about time

Nice one. Cease communication with rigid drivers immediately.

Congrats Pal!

Although you won’t be acknowledging me for a few weeks…
Which also means for the minute, Beaver won’t notice me calling him a bellend!

I’ve texted him to say you’ve been abusing a real driver. With me saying that, he probably won’t work out that it’s him

He posted before you, ya class 1 bellend!

Want me to post you a bag for life bud? Or perhaps send a violin over for all the real drivers to ignore?
(If you can hear me through that hair…)

No shame in being a rigid driver  not too long ago i was one myself  although when i was at longs many class 1 drivers refused to talk to us rigid drivers forgetting we are drivers too just not ‘proper’

Indeed has been a good few years I’ve been on this forum, finally has all come together and ironically my dad said it was about time too  i do have to agree

Not so difficult day today loading out of boston that shouldve been loaded yesterday but couldn’t due to getting caught up at melton mowbray for near 5 hours so chances are I’m taking the load upto tescos at Teesside rather than dropping it off at potto like i think was going to happen. still feels unreal, 20 years ago this was the first company i ever went with dad and the fascination with trucks began, never would have thought itd be my first artic job too

Cheers

Jonny :sunglasses:

Just wait till you have to go to our place, you have cm’s between the trailers!

Need to get my finger out and get mine done. The company are looking to put some of us rigid drivers through the test so waiting on that before I make a decision.

I’ve been telling myself this for about 3 years. The thing is, is will I be better off? I don’t night out, no weekends, early start is 6am and I’m 15 minutes from our depot. Plus can I spend £1500 more wisely on the house etc? Of course if my lot offer me the chance to do it at their cost I would.
