Is off road driving such as on building sights classed as driving time or other work??
Im sure I knew the answer to this question but i have gone and confussed myself and now I am in doubt

Driving time, if you mean doing it in conjunction with also driving on the highway rather than only ever off road.

Yeah definitly counted towards driving time. When i’m on a farm pulling on milk and stationary it’s all counted as driving time

Exactly what I mean, I drive a concrete mixer. Have been for the last 2 months and I was not sure if when I drive of the highway and on to a building sight if it was classed as driving time or other work but Coffeeholic to the rescue!
I think I knew that anyway as im sure it used to be classed as other work but has recently changed??
Being a a newbie (6 months class 2) its not quite second nature yet with regards to hours and laws but im not scared to ask
