OConners sold

dave it was me i was on jens lappy yeserday

Being a former Bomur employee and now working for Pentalver I can agree with only some of the posts on this thread. The red and white trucks will all be changed to Pentalver blue over the next couple of years or so, the name Bomur will disappear completely very soon. The new Depot in Cannock is already partially open for container storage, should be completely open by October…

Hi alix776, it was still a very valid point you made. I meet all sorts of people and I’ve given up trying to remember everything I’m told. Then there’s MMTM or his mate told him. I just end up getting all confused…

i wonder why stobbies want o’ conners. do think its for the railhead.

You’re wasted on trucks Alex, have you ever thought of doing the stockmarket !

On the other hand I seem to remember about two years ago Stobbarts tried their hand at container logistics based at Crick, whatever came of that…

i think that was something to do with a miltery contract. they still have a few sliders up at carlisle just going to rot… although something tells me they will be in the garage getting a bit of spit and polish.

The sliders out of Stobart’s at Crick were used to service the Gerber foods contract as it was part of the contract to collect some of the boxes that came into Felixstowe and take them to the warehouse at Crick to be tipped.
