OCD tendencies ...

When I was driving the bed must been made perfectly before I would drive a metre.
Everything on the correct place, shoes lined up in pairs in the locker.
The curtains proper pleaded, air vents straight, and passenger seat always in the correct position. Food in the fridge and lockers labels facing me, and yes the cigarette lighter symbol upside down is a defiantly no no

But the worse is, I would take it home… After 5 weeks away, would come in early morning, would put the kids and the wife’s shoes straight, the cutterly in the drawer all facing one way. In the beginning it would drive her nuts, but eventually she got used to it.

Where do I start…

Beds gotta be made as soon as I get out of it and have nothing on it.

Curtains pleated and even both sides.

Armrests either up or down but both sides gotta be the same.

If a bulb goes I have to change it ASAP.

Won’t have shoes in the cab.

Definately ■■■ lighter pic has to have smoke up.

Radio volume always in even numbers.

Hate anything on dashboard and would never drive with as much as a pen on it.

My misses has been saying I’m OCD and having thought about it ■■■■ I am.

Cheers
Neil

I have an obsession with the dog clip, I will sometimes stop in laybys to check if I can’t remember for definite if I put it on.
I also have to check sometimes if the back doors are closed
Say hello to magpies
check I locked the doors several times
I clean a lot

Diff Lock:
I can’t have the heater or radio volume set on an odd number it always has to be even

This and if I see a single magpie I’m agitated until I see another one.

Just took the quiz and got 5

“In normal range” :open_mouth:

So, it’s official, then. I’m normal! :grimacing:

Dave the Renegade:
I always ■■■■ cough and spit to start the day

Nearly everything I’ve ever driven seems to have had that morning routine!

Just thought of another weird one I do. If I get imprints on my skin off clothes or bed sheets etc I have to run my fingers over it.

Oh heck. Along with all my other problems I am now diagnosed fruitloop :stuck_out_tongue:

I also scored 51 in the Anxiety test and 53 in the Depression test.

Advice. Get a check up from the neck up immediately!

I scored 37 on this. I did notice that it was set up by Professor Baron-Cohen, Sasha Baron-Cohen’s dad.
Terrific! The bloke who brought Ali Gs creator into the world sets a test that says I’M strange? Huh!

Ha! I’m still normal. :smiling_imp:

Well, according to Sasha Baron Cohen’s dad…

I got 24 on his survey. Must admit, I thought it would be higher!

No! Borderline. 32 points. Spot On :stuck_out_tongue:

but it said:

“Eighty percent of those diagnosed with autism or a related disorder scored 32 or higher.”

Perhaps not borderline then.

Edited to add that if 80% scored 32 or higher then the other 20% of people actually diagnosed scored less than what you did.
So how do you conclude that is a borderline result?
How could you draw an irrational conclusion about the result of a test which is suggesting you could be EXTREMELY RATIONAL■■? That’s crazy.
