I remember “O” type Bedfords as a lad but I remember t’ AV760 AEC even better,any Mandator photos? 
Don’t want to be picky but isn’t that a Bedford WT or something. The O type had a longer rounder nose.
You’re right, based on "O "model for the Army (Ministry of Supply), also known as a shovel front Bedford.
