Been looking at a job today and saw a possible one
But when I checked up on the company it’s only been formed 6 months , so I checked it’s O licence and it comes up under consideration on .gov
Can a company still run under that or are they doing a naughty and running under some one else’s ?

They are probably running on a interim licence but that’s not a guarantee the will be granted a full licence . An interim licence if applied for and paid for can be with you as little as a week after application

Bang on.
Current standard applications are taking up to 9 weeks.
