Doing a bit of TM work for a friend, his O Licence is up for renewal soon, how easy/difficult is the paperwork? He is thinking of changing one of the trucks operating centre, can you do this at renewal stage?

As long as you haven’t upset vosa or the commissioner it’s a case of paying the fee and carrying on to change operating centre you have to do a variation and newspaper ad etc
