You can tell the MOPACC unit is not working at the moment just by looking at the amount of stubble - no where (working) to plug his shaver into.

I shall have to have “words” with their editor, I’ts Mr Phillips to those that ain’t my friends

Your first clue to it not working is I’m having to hold it in case it falls off.
As for the shaving I’d just spent the night in a layby .
