Im not too fussed about the discretionary £600 bonus boss, you keep it :wink:

The salary aside, what is a discretionary bonus when its at home? Either you earned the bonus or you didn’t, the boss can’t just say you worked well this month but I don’t feel like giving you the bonus …

I assume it’s based on productivity or attendance or some such thing and it’s at the discretion of the management if it’s paid or not
