The video was not that clear to see, but it looks like the driver climbed over from his left hand drive position and jumped out from the other side of his cab.
It looks like he was wearing a suit, which was very common for Turkish lorry drivers .

I bet he had to change his suit kecks, as by the way he over reacted to the situation by abandoning ship, I reckon he done a ‘Turkish’ in his undercrackers. 
Anyway Tobes, he can’t have been Turkish, he wasn’t wearing a fez.
