is it really any wonder the general public see drivers as more or less trained monkeys when on a site like this we as drivers keep coming out with the same drivel about train for 2 weeks and your a driver?
lets face it there ARE loads of drivers out there who have a licence but cant do the job for toffee, unless drivers start to realise what they are worth then nothing will ever happen. 
As most people think that we serve no purpose other than to delay their journey they would probably be delighted if we took our vehicles off the road.

Easiest way to loose public support, Disrupt a major event inconvieniencing millions of people. Just look at the press that BA cabin crew got when they went on strike at easter. best time would be before the olympics, if we have some nice weather in early june, people will be happy to not be able to get to work if they can sit in thier gardens and thank you for it.
If you want to be seen as bolsoviks, then go ahead, but make sure that at least you have a better lot to replace the exsisting government, which is something we seroiusly lack in this country.

i can’t agree, most people in the UK think the olympics are are huge waste of time and money.
so if they think we won’t deliver to london during this time, then they would be happy to see it.
although, as i’ve said, there won’t be a stoppage. no one will be on strike.

I thought the olympics part of the plan was just a diversionary tactic to take attention from the real plan.But then again it might not be.But it probably is.

Ha ha ha ha ha. I have not read all of the thread but your biggest problem with using the internet as a weapon is…you now have a 2 page thread with the leader (thats the op) saying we wont really do it we will just frighten them and also other drivers stating the job could be done by anyone.
