NOVA Schemes ?

Lovlyperson:
I go back to employed too.
1.) the safety in a Company
2.) the Benefits
3.)no Taxproblem

I’m self employed, work my own contracts and agency.

1.) I don’t need to be in someone else’s company to feel safe - i’ve got my own.
2.) The benefits I could get from a company don’t equate to the benefits I give myself.
3.) I do my own books - I don’t have a tax problem.

It’s each to his own.

ALso the Ltd will come in useful if I become an O/D.

I just got told that You get one £ more paid per Hour if you are Selfemployed and have your own Acountand,as the Agency cuts one£/Hour from your Pay for doing Your Accounting.
Don’t believe it really, but the Driver said he left Nova and does it now with an Accountand, which cost him £20.-/Week,and first rised the Accountand his Income. :unamused: Listens nearly to good for me

If his accountant is charging him £20 a week, he needs to find a new accountant. He can do weekly invoicing, keep basic records and an accountant will check the lot over once a year and fill in the Self Assessment tax form for around £200.

The agencies are saving a fortune only paying you £1/hr extra. On a £7/hr basic wage, it costs them nearly twice that in employers NI and hol pay if you were on the books.

Was talking to a guy this week about going s/e. He’d been talking to an accountant ‘friend’ who had told him he could save him xyz on absolutely everything…

…for £84/month
