Anyone she’d some light on this for me I’ve been working a little for ULTIMA only 3 days at Wigan
I told them I wanted paye they sent me to this nova who work your wages out phoned them up they wanted to set me up as a ltd company I said no don’t want it want Paye they said that’s ok. Today I get a letter from company’s house as of 11 th of July I’m a company
Director. I don’t know what to do now my name is on company’s house website

Contact companies house via their web site and tell them someone has set up this limited company in your name without your permission or consent. Ask for it to be dissolved with immediate effect.
Nova is an umbrella company for the agencies, Ive been with them a while as sole trader but last year could see the end of this coming so i set myself up as a Ltd company just in time, got a letter from them in April to say they cant do sole traders anymore and had to set everyone up as ltd.
You have got to insist on the agency you only want paye if not go somewhere else, or set yourself up.
If you only want small amounts of work stay agency paye.
Got any mates who are Ltd maybe they can help, worth a try if this shortage is for real.
