Nottingham bus firm( middle east work

OK mate, do not forget that I will not be around, so much, WE will be looking after my mates wife, he is going in the hospital in the morning at 11am to have a new knee joint, he has a computor, but it is so old, it could be run by steam!

hiya,
OK guys Norm’s off for a while a sense of normality may return.
thanks harry long retired.

hiya,
Bit quiet, and it’ll be more so from next Monday going to Amsterdam till Friday, it’s the trouble and strife’s birthday on the tuesday and if she lets me off the leash just could be my birthday too.
thanks harry long retired.

Hi Harry, if your good lady lets you off the leash in Amsterdam we will never see or hear from you again

hiya,
Sammyoposite, and not even the wife would bother, i bet she would pay the lady of the night extra money to keep me prisoner, i should be so lucky.
thanks harry long retired.

Harry, you behave in holland, do not look at those ladies in those shop windows,it would be bad for your health?

Hi Harry,
Have a good trip, wrong time of year for tulips. Make sure you don’t get anything else from Amsterdam.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
My old lady will be sure i don’t catch anything, can’t even have a cold in peace, Dave been giving your tipper thread a bit of welly while it’s been quiet on here thoroughly enjoying it i have’nt got through it all yet but cracking stories and pictures, just hope you can keep old Norm in his place while i’m on my break don’t want to have to get the rope out, not on my first day back anyway.
thanks harry long retired.

Harry, Have a good time in Amsterdam, watch out in the Red light area, otherwise we’ll have to change the BRS thread from the Red & Rust to the Red Light & Truss
Kind regards Richard

hiya,
If my old woman lets me out of sight i’ll need a truss and half a stone of ■■■■■■ to put the necessary spring in my step.
thanks harry long retired.

Harry, I am sure you will rise to the occasion, if it comes your way, whether the wife will allow you to do anything that will hamper your health, is another subject, ha ha ha.

hiya,
Norm got back in one piece, believe it or not my hotel was 50 yards from the red light area but the old lady would’nt let me off the leash so little chance of me misbehaving had a little stroll along there but there was nowt flash on display certainly nowt i’d waste money on, got talking to a Dutch driver on the ferry his maximum miles was 20 miles on the Dutch side and 12 miles on the Newcastle side and 16 hours on the ferry hardly long distance work but i suppose he calls himself an international driver, done more miles in reverse when doing collection and delivery work.
thanks harry long retired.

Harry, still going up to my mates each day, but got Sunday off, his daughter is going up for the day, think it will be another week at least, before he will be able to look after his wife or his self, perhaps even longer, but he is getting about better each day, but cooking and household duties are still beyond him, done 200 miles since I started on this duty.

hiya,
Norm I bet your pals thankful he’s got a friend like you, us oldies still have our uses, some years ago i put a new fence in the rear garden and an elderly lady a couple of doors down from me asked me if i could take an old garden shed down and make her fence good where the shed had stood, no problem, the kids was collecting for the bonfire at the time so they took the old shed away, i had a couple of rails and a post along with some palings left from my job but i would need about a dozen palings to finish the job i collected these in my car they cost 99p each finished the job and gave her the bill for the timber i’d had to buy even used my own nails, and how did she react “if i’d known the job was going to be so expensive i would’nt have had it done” I would’nt accept money for the work i’d done, but she offered me £2 “to fill my car up with petrol” I declined her “generous” offer the 2 quid was back in her ■■■■■ like greased lightning, Norm it takes all sorts to make a world.
thanks harry long retired.

Harry, you are just like me mate, soft as sh**t, and a easy pushover to help people, but it makes yourself feel good inside, we might be mugs, but we are very nice mugsssssss.

hiya,
Guess your correct mate we’re just too soft, the old lady in question passed away about 18 months ago aged 93 leaving a property portfolio of a string of houses i think about 7 of them and her only son owns his own building business, methinks more a mug than soft in my case.
thanks harry long retired.

Never mind Harry, you will get your reward in heaven, the rumour is every good turn you do, a young virgin maiden will wash away all the wrongs that you have occured, against you in your life time, and if you have been badly wronged, you could end up with a harem■■?

hiya.
Norm if what you say is true i’ll need a couple of double deckers or a sand wobblers step frame to get them all home.
thanks harry long retired.

Who knows my old mate, but I believe in fairies?

hiya,
Yes Norm there are fairies, i’ve seen them many times usually astride pink elephants when i’ve had a skinful, but the missus must think they’re out there too she’s often said i tell canny fairy stories.
thanks harry long retired.
