To be fair to the cyclist, if you look at some of his other videos you’ll see he does criticise cyclists and car drivers if he sees them behaving like idiots.
At-least he’s not one of the morons looking out only for lorry drivers in the wrong.
markoc:
Late signal as maybe he’s seen the cyclist upon checking mirrors prior to moving off. The only thing he’s done wrong is where he’s stopped and we must have all done that at some point.
Truck driver really should have stopped before the cycle box… and if caught by the lights, showed little anticipation or forward planning, especially if planning to turn left!
I’d take the total opposite view. There’s no excuse for not leaving the nearside indicators on while waiting considering all the known risks in that type of turn situation.
However if you want to guarantee stopping at the line if the lights change then you’ll need to second guess the light by stopping on green considering that it can easily change to amber and red after the front of the wagon ( or even a car ) has cleared the line even in ordinary situations let alone in the case of set back cycle box type stop lines. In this case the front wheels have actually also crossed the second cycle stop line too when the lights have obviously changed.
Is it ok to go wrong way for cyclist on the junction?
Of course not all of them are arses. But…
Passing traffic wrong way, or of the pavement and
cutting in or jumping of the pavement right in front of your vehicle (the big one).
Yes there is a cycle lane, but I am close to 30mph when my n/s wheel is along the curb
an o/s along the oncoming cars.
Where’s all these videos when they acting like that?

Or the ones that pick and chose when to use the pavement. you know the ones that ride to the lights and then jump on the pavement to cross the road so they don’t have to stop for the lights, then scream because a car is blocking there path
Good driving all round? Never a truer word written by the cyclist, seeing as he started his clip travelling into oncoming traffic on the wrong side of the road. People in glass houses and all that
