I would ssy 4 years is a severe punishment.I remember being in hospital for 3 weeks how desperate I was to get out.You dont appreciaye your freedom till you dont have it.

But the prison sentence should be subject to pschyciatric preports regarding his thought process at the point when he first decided to drink all that and drive a truck.It’s difficult to connect that with rational thinking.
