Best part of 6 times over limit , at half past 2 in afternoon , & it says that was from the night before .

Having said that , the Scottish DD limit is 22 mg per 100 ml of breath , rest of UK is 35 mg per 100 ml .
I stopped in a lay-by earlier in the week and saw 2 freshly deposited 1.8 empty bottles of cider (7.5%) and wondered to myself if that driver had drunk both of them the previous evening/night. I say empty, but one had something in it that I assumed not to be cider!
He’d not had a drink since the previous evening but was almost 6 times over the following afternoon !! I’d say he must have had a top up the following day somewhere.
