Due to the fact i had to skate a load of reels out the back of a joloada today.Not done that for about 5 years now…And jesus did i find that hard work…So give me an electric pump truck at Aldi any day…Thought those days of using skates in this country had long gone…I know its still done over the water a fair bit.As that was the last time i had the pleasure…Anyone else done it lately?.

Did you double up the hard work with a locker full of those new yellow straps that have started appearing?
Too much like hard work for a 54yr old…lol…And i have more than enough of those straps should you ever need any…

One question. If you’re wearing skates, how the blooming heck do manage to get enough traction to push or pull anything?

Haha.Last time i had skates on my feet was back in the 80s…Won’t be happening anytime soon either…As said quick search on youtube will enlighten you.And just be thankfull that it’s a rare event nowadays.Just like trucks with proper gear sticks…lol
