Not a nice situation on M11

As I am overseas and do not know exactly what happened I would say if everyone was still on the coach then it had only just stopped, so maybe he came across from fast lane to slow lane/hard shoulder coming to a stop after having run into mechanical difficulty and the truck strumming along at 56 in the slow lane rear ended him because his backside was in the slow lane, I had a bus do it to me a few years ago in Zambia and I was fully awake and aware and I missed him by an inch, you just couldn;t tell he had gone from 60 to 10 in a few seconds

Those are my thoughts on what actually happened too. I think the coach driving is BSing personally.

I agree with you both. Reading the coach companies statement looked like a “cover your ■■■” statement to me…
